These terms cover residential pet waste removal from Retriever Pet Waste Co. Using our residential service means you accept them.
Commercial properties are different. Apartment communities, HOAs and other commercial accounts are governed by the signed service agreement for that property, not by these terms. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
We remove pet waste from your yard on a schedule you pick. A standard visit includes:
Frequencies are twice weekly, weekly, and every other week. One-time cleanups are available. Yard deodorizing is an optional add-on.
If the yard has not been serviced in a while, the first visit takes longer and may be quoted as an initial cleanup.
Residential service is month to month. There is no term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time by calling, texting or emailing us. Billing stops at the end of the month you cancel in, and we do not prorate a partial month.
Residential service is billed monthly by the card on file. Your first month is billed after the first visit is complete. After that, billing runs at the start of each service month. One-time cleanups are billed when the work is finished.
Rates are based on dog count, yard size and frequency. We will tell you before a rate changes, and a change never applies to a month you already paid for.
If a payment fails we will contact you. Service may pause until the payment clears.
We need to be able to get in and work safely. That means:
Our technicians close and latch every gate before leaving. If a gate is broken, will not latch, or a lock is jammed, we will tell you rather than leave it open.
If we arrive and cannot get in, or a dog is loose in the yard, we will not force the visit. We will notify you and move your service to the next available day on that route. A visit we could not access is not credited, because the route time was still spent.
If we miss a visit for our own reason, we will make it up on the next available day or credit it. You choose which.
We service rain or shine. We will delay or reschedule for lightning, ice, flooding, or any condition that makes the work unsafe or ineffective. A weather delay moves your visit, it does not cancel it.
We do not service on major holidays. A visit that lands on one moves to the nearest working day on that route.
You give us permission to photograph the serviced areas of your property for after-service reports, for quality control, and for marketing. We photograph grounds only. We do not photograph people, and we do not photograph unit numbers or anything else that identifies a specific resident. Tell us if you want photography turned off for your property and we will note it on your account.
We are licensed and insured. If our technician damages your property, tell us within seven days and we will repair it, replace it, or pay for it.
We are not responsible for:
Our total liability on any claim is limited to what you paid us for service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either side can end service at any time. We may end service for non-payment, for unsafe conditions, for a dog we cannot work around, or for abusive treatment of our crew. If we end service, we refund the unused part of any month you already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Muscogee County, Georgia.
We will update this page as the service changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing service after a change means you accept it.
